Hats, Hats and more Hats! I mean who doesn’t love a good old hat? Well in my case a new hat, which was a spare of the moment purchase from H&M, and it was definitely a great choice. I’ve never really been one for hats but recently I have had a change of heart and got this stunning one.
There are many different styles of hats, baseball, bowler, fedora, beanie and the beloved floppy hat. I decided to start off my collection with a baker boy hat, which I have seen on some beautiful bloggers such as, The Little Plum and Blush&Noise so, I had to pick myself one up. For the price of £12.99, you can’t really go wrong, it does what it meant to, cover your day 3 hair and that’s exactly what it did.
I do have to admit, with this stripe jumper paired with the hat I do look like a French train conductor but, I’m kind of living for it. It feels like I should be eating baguettes and drinking wine outside of the Effile Tower (How many French stereotypes can I fit into one blog post?) However, wearing a hat is a great way to add something else to your outfit, another accessory is always a good thing right? I know it is for me…
Jumper – Newlook (out of stock)
Obviously, this wouldn’t be Petite Obsession without having something Petite in the mix, and that, of course, would be the beloved trousers I wore in my last post, A New Start and a New Name. They are still going strong, and go perfectly with so many different outfits. As I mentioned before, I paired it with a striped jumper from Newlook, and yes sadly it is jumper weather already! How sad of a sentence, summer has now officially ended, I mean did we even have one in the first place? Anyways, I do love myself a good jumper, this one is quite unique with its high scoop neck and three-quarter arm length, perfect for autumn.
Who else is going to wear a hat this season? I hope my collection grows so I have a hat for every day of the week, that’s a reasonable dream to have, isn’t it? Well, I hope you enjoyed this blog post and if you have anything to add make sure to leave a comment down below.
Until next time x
